Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 30-day refund policy for damaged items only. If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund. Refunds cannot be issued after this 30-day period.

To request a refund, please email us at hello@drinkpresent.com with the following information: 

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Order Number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photo(s) of the damaged product

Once we are able to verify the damage, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the extent of the damage.  You are not required to return the damaged item(s).

Please note:

  • Refunds are not offered for buyer's remorse or misuse.
  • We reserve the right to determine the refund amount based on the evidence provided.
  • We may ask for additional information about the damaged item(s) to assist in finalizing a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at hello@drinkpresent.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may be required to show proof of damage if any damage occurs to the product in transit to its final destination.

Exchanges

All exchanges will be done on a case-by-case basis and may require additional information from the customer/consumer to finalize an exchange.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, you will receive an email confirmation from our Shopify site indicating a refund has been initiated.  You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact as at hello@drinkpresent.com with your Full Name and Order Number.
